I have always had a camera back when you loaded the film, wound it on and took your photo. Having to wait for them to be developed and the excitement when they were collected is still something I remember today. You had to really think about the photo you wanted to take as you as you had limited shots. The days of digital camera have really added a new dimension but I will always love the look of film and the joy of waiting to see your 'creation'

Alongside my constant photo snapping, I have done many things, mainly being a teacher of Geography at secondary level and have worked with amazing students in Hong Kong and here in the UK.

A few years back I decided to step up my skills and obtained a professional certificate in photography from the University of Hong Kong and also a diploma from The Photography Institute. I hold a DBS certificate so I am able to work with students within a school setting or similar.

I have lived in four countries across three continents and continue to travel regularly between the UK and Bangkok. I have a lovely husband who shares my love of travel and five amazing rescued cats - three of which are from Hong Kong. Oh and I love to sing - I may even 'bless' you with a quircky tune.
